At the start one of out experienced senior lettings negotiators will come and value your property and advise on what can be done to maxims the rental of your property. On visiting you  we will provide you with our full Terms and Conditions and, if requested, a draft tenancy agreement

Once instructed your property will be marketed through Park Estates office and added to our rental listing. In addition  pictures, description and where advisable a floorplan will appear on our web site and the web portals to which we subscribe such as  Find A Property, Fish4Homes and Property Finder.

Our "Lettings Only" service include  tenant check-in and checking-out at the end of the tenancy term. We require all tenants to lodge a minimum 6 week holding deposit and receive this together with the first months rent in cleared funds prior to the tenant taking occupancy.
We wont  simply advise you to take  the first person who makes an acceptable offer. All tenants, at their own expense, are fully credit checked by an independent agency that researches their employment, residential and financial background and advises us as to their ability to meet their liabilities.

We provide a full Management service on more than half of the properties we let. This includes dealing with all day to day problems as they arise and providing you with a monthly account on your property. We would normally agree a nominal repair amount with you that would enable us to undertake repairs without reference to yourself – obviously over such an amount we would provide you with a set of alternative estimates for your consideration. With a high proportion of managed flats together with a new Block Management Department we are often able to secure advantageous rates from contractors as well as testify to their workmanship.

The lettings  department will give you support and offer guidance throughout all stages of the process and they will keep you communicated at all times of the progress.
