TENANT FEE CHARGES
1 Initial holding deposit
To reserve a property a proposed tenant should pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent. This will be deducted from the final statement of account upon moving into the property. Should the references or right to rent check fail or we receive false or misleading information, the deposit will be withheld.
2 Security Deposit (Rent under £50,000 per year)
Five Weeks Rent - To hold for the term of tenancy against dilapidations and damage.
3 Security Deposit (Rent of £50,000 or over per year)
Six Weeks Rent - To hold for the term of tenancy against dilapidations and damage.
4 Late Payment of Rent
Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate on any unpaid rent - 14 days from the due date until paid.
5 Replacement of a lost key/security device
Tenants will be liable if keys or any security device are lost or damaged and in certain circumstances the cost of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys to Agents, all tenants and Landlords.
6 Changes to the Tenancy (Tenants Request)
To cover the cost of a change of sharer to amend the tenancy agreement and documentation.

7 Early Termination (Tenants Request)
If a tenant requests to leave their property and break their contract depending on when notice is to be given, the Landlord has the right to collect rent until a tenant is found.
